As mentioned in the company profile CMS Ltd was founded by Captain Sven Fromm and two senior marine engineers who formally were running the Technical Management department of an offshore shipping company with up-to 16 vessels in management, during the 12 years they ran the technical management department a vast amount of expertise in evaluating and pre-purchase inspections of sea going vessels was gathered as well as insurance claims from P&I, Hull & Machinery insurance to loss of hire insurance claims were handled by them. Additionally to the experience described before all three founder members of CMS have passed DNV accredited superintendence course & ISM lead auditor course plus Captain Sven Fromm is also Company Certified Security Officer (CSO) as well as a full member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS).
Due to the above described qualifications and certificates held and the experience gathered over 25 years within the marine/offshore industry we can be of assistance in the following areas of survey:
